‘Sunan Da Haq Sab Da’ Scheme Boosts Inclusive Hearing Care in Punjab
Faridkot, Punjab: Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital (GGSMCH), Faridkot, is strengthening its position as a leading centre for advanced hearing care under the Punjab Government’s “Sunan Da Haq Sab Da” initiative.
The scheme, launched by Balbir Singh, aims to provide equitable and accessible hearing healthcare to all sections of society, with a strong focus on inclusivity.

GGSMCH holds the distinction of being the first government medical college in Punjab to perform cochlear implant surgeries, with the programme initiated in 2014.
Over the years, it has evolved into a major referral centre for the Faridkot-Malwa region, offering life-changing treatment to patients with profound hearing loss.
