Pondicherry University MBA Student Gautam B Honoured with Rashtrapati Scout Award
Puducherry : Pondicherry University proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Mr. Gautam B, a final-year MBA (Business Administration) student, who has been conferred the Rashtrapati Scout Award—the highest recognition in the Bharat Scouts and Guides movement.
The award was presented by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, at a grand ceremony held in New Delhi, acknowledging Gautam’s outstanding commitment to leadership, discipline, and community service.
Prof. P. Prakash Babu, Vice-Chancellor of Pondicherry University, congratulated Gautam and personally presented the prestigious certificate of honour on campus. He lauded Gautam’s dedication, calling his achievement a matter of immense pride for the University.
Joining in the celebration, Prof. R. Kasilingam, Head, Department of Management Studies, along with faculty members Dr. Sinouvassane N. and Dr. S. Kavin Mary, commended Gautam for setting an inspiring example for young people to participate in nation-building through Scouting and academic excellence.
