JJTU to Host “Rhythm of Youth – 2026” National Youth & Cultural Fest

Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan:

Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University (SJJTU), Vidya Nagari, Chudela, Jhunjhunu, is set to organise a grand National Youth & Cultural Fest – “Rhythm of Youth 2026” from 9 to 11 February 2026, beginning 10:00 AM onwards on the university campus.

The three-day national-level festival is being organised under the theme “Current Social–Cultural Trends”, with the objective of providing a vibrant platform for university and college students from across the country to showcase their talents, promote cultural exchange, encourage creativity, and raise awareness about contemporary social issues.

The fest is being held under the patronage of Dr. Vinod Tibrewala, Chairperson, SJJTU (Chief Patron); Dr. Madhu Gupta, President (Patron); Dr. Ajit Kumar, Registrar (Co-Patron); and Dr. Aman Gupta, Chief Finance Officer (Finance Patron).

Wide Range of Cultural Events

“Rhythm of Youth – 2026” will feature competitions across multiple categories including:

Music Events

  • Indian Folk Song (Vocal – Solo)

Dance Events

  • Indian Folk Dance – Solo
  • Indian Folk Dance – Group
  • Western Dance – Solo
  • Western Dance – Group

Visual Arts

  • Painting (Traditional Rajasthani Art theme)
  • Rangoli Making (Indian Festivals theme)

Literary Events

  • Hindi Debate
  • English Debate

All events will be judged on predefined criteria such as creativity, presentation, cultural relevance, expression, and technical skill.

Special Attractions & Awards

The festival will also confer special titles “Mr. Rhythm of Youth – 2026” and “Ms. Rhythm of Youth – 2026”, each carrying a cash prize of ₹11,000.
The Overall Championship will award cash prizes of ₹11,000 (1st), ₹5,100 (2nd), and ₹3,100 (3rd) along with certificates.

Participation & Registration

  • Eligibility: Bonafide college/university students only
  • Participation Fee: ₹500 per participant per competition
  • Last Date of Registration: 20 January 2026
  • Event Dates: 09–11 February 2026

Accommodation and food facilities will be provided on a nominal payment basis, while up to two accompanying teachers from each institution will receive free lodging and meals.

Strict discipline and safety guidelines will be enforced throughout the event to ensure a secure and respectful environment for all participants.
