BHU Hosts Insightful Lecture on “Descriptive and Inferential Statistics”
UP / Varanasi : The Faculty of Education at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) organized a noteworthy lecture on “Descriptive and Inferential Statistics,” which drew significant participation from students and scholars. The event, chaired by Prof. Anjali Bajpai, Head of the Department, featured an engaging lecture delivered by Prof. Ashwini Karwande from the Department of Education, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Bhawan, Mumbai.
The lecture provided a comprehensive exploration of the principles and applications of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics, with a focus on Parametric and Non-Parametric Tests. Prof. Karwande adeptly explained how these statistical tools play a vital role in research and analysis, making the session particularly beneficial for the attending research scholars, M.Ed. (3rd semester), and M.Ed. Special (3rd semester) students.
