Vice-Chancellor Prof B J Rao of the University of Hyderabad, was Felicitated on Telangana State Formation Day
Prof B J Rao, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hyderabad, was honoured by Jishnu Dev Varma, Governor of Telangana, on the occasion of Telangana State Formation Day and Telangana Samskruthika Sambaralu’ as a part of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ program celebrations on 2nd June 2025 at the ‘Samskruthi’ Raj Bhavan Community Hall, Hyderabad.
Prof B J Rao expressed his gratitude and pride, highlighting his involvement in the early Telangana movement and witnessing the state’s remarkable progress, now being one of the highest GSDP and GDP-performing states in the country.
Prof Rao emphasized the University’s commitment to contributing to Telangana’s growth and making it a shining example of excellence in Bharat.
