Report on Interactive Talk on ‘Journey of Life: Know Thyself’
Uttar Pradesh / Varanasi :An interactive talk on ‘Journey of Life: Know Thyself’ was organized for students by the Psychological Counselors of Well being Service Cell (WBSC), BHU on 12th December, 2024. Dr. Sanjay Shah, the Chief Medical Officer at Health Centre, S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat addressed the participants on the importance of social, mental and spiritual well-being. He articulated the challenges of life, building meaningful social connections, and finding inner peace through spirituality practices.
This talk aimed to inculcate in each student self-introspection on ethical living and presentation on Universal Human Values with focus on mental, spiritual and social well being. 69 students have actively participated in this talk session. This interactive talk equipped students with importance of self-awareness, motivation toward achieving goal, improved well-being and boosted their resilience. All students responded positively, giving excellent feedback on their experiences.
