NUSRL Ranchi Bids an Emotional Farewell to the Class of 2025 with ‘ALVIDA’
Ranchi : The National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, hosted an emotional and vibrant farewell ceremony titled ‘ALVIDA’ to celebrate the graduating students of the L.L.B and LL.M Batch of 2025. The event marked the culmination of years of academic rigor, memories, and growth for the outgoing batch.
The farewell ceremony began at 9:30 AM with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing wisdom and enlightenment. The event was graced by the honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Ashok R. Patil, who served as the Chief Guest. Dr. Jisu Ketan Patnaik, Assistant Registrar, along with esteemed faculty members, was also present to commemorate the occasion.
In his heartfelt address, Prof. (Dr.) Patil congratulated the graduating students and shared valuable words of wisdom. “The memories you’ve created here will stay with you forever. As you move forward into the next phase of life, remember that the university will always stand by you. Studying law is not just about academics—it’s about carrying forward the responsibility that comes with it,” he said.
As a highlight of the celebration, students from the B.A. L.L.B and LL.M programs were honored with fun and memorable titles that added a personal touch to the festivities:

The event, organized by the University’s Cultural Club, was a lively showcase of talent and camaraderie. It featured captivating musical and dance performances, along with creative acts that reflected the diverse spirit of the NUSRL student body.
Final-year student Himanshu Pathak captured the emotional essence of the day, saying, “Every moment here has been special. NUSRL has been more than just a university; it has been a family. We’re grateful to the faculty and staff for their constant support and encouragement throughout our journey.” He also shared words of motivation for the junior students, urging them to cherish their time and strive for excellence.
As the curtains closed on the memorable event, ‘ALVIDA’ stood as a testament to the bonds, achievements, and aspirations nurtured at NUSRL—leaving the graduating Class of 2025 with a lasting legacy and a hopeful gaze toward the future.
