Maulana Azad College Organizes Successful Teacher Training Programme in Collaboration with Hayat Unani Medical College

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar : The Maulana Azad College of Arts, Science & Commerce successfully conducted a seven-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for the educators of Hayat Unani Medical College and Research Center, Lucknow, from November 23 to 29, 2024. The program, held under the aegis of Apex SDG (Hyderabad), aimed at enhancing the pedagogical skills and professional development of teachers, fostering excellence in education.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, aspiring educators, and academic professionals. With a strong emphasis on practical learning and skill-building, the program included sessions on diverse topics, led by esteemed experts in their fields:

Dr Farooqui underscored the significance of harmonious staff-management relations, stating, “Our goal is not just to enhance teaching quality but also to create a college culture where everyone feels valued and understood.
