IIM Calcutta Climbs 15 Places to Rank 41st Globally in FT Masters in Management Rankings 2025
Kolkata, September 8, 2025: Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) has made a remarkable leap in the Financial Times Masters in Management (MIM) Rankings 2025, securing the 41st spot globally, up from 56th in 2024. Among Indian Institutes of Management, IIM Calcutta holds the 3rd position overall.
The institute’s flagship 2-Year MBA programme (earlier Post Graduate Programme in Management) has earned recognition for its academic excellence and alumni career outcomes. Within India, IIM Calcutta stood 2nd in Alumni Network and International Board parameters, while securing 3rd position in Careers Service, Aims Achieved, Weighted Salary, International Course Experience, and Overall Satisfaction.

The FT MIM Rankings are widely regarded as a benchmark for global business schools. They assess programmes based on parameters such as graduate salary growth, career progression, research output, and international diversity.
